Dennis Smith is the creator and principal of Dennis Smith Entertainment, creator of Party on the Moon and Jessie's Girls, and manager of a portfolio of elite musicians, artists and choreographers who design and perform custom entertainment for discerning clients around the world.

A published author, musician and composer, Dennis consults with private individuals, non-profit organizations and corporate leaders using principles of structural theory, storytelling and music composition to elevate memory-creating events with visual and auditory excellence.

Dennis Smith Entertainment artists have entertained at notable events including presidential inaugural balls, Eli Manning’s Wedding, the Kentucky Derby, and the Indianapolis 500. Dennis Smith Entertainment acts have been featured in magazines such as Modern Bride, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Vogue.

Dennis is also the author of Rock ‘n Roll, Martial Arts & God: Tips on Success from the Masters. In 2022, he collaborated with Robert Fritz and produced his musical play Elma and The Top to rave reviews.

  • Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that Party on the Moon exceeded everyone’s expectations and the bride is elated. Not only was the band great, but the vocal harmonies were spot on! The stage energy went non-stop for four hours and the crowd interaction was perfect! Even after the band stopped the girls were out on the dance floor with the bride dancing to the DJ. Dennis went above and beyond to work with the bride and myself for requests and last minute changes. You can be proud of this top shelf act!

  • This past Saturday was our 13th annual Premier Gala, with over 950 people in attendance. I must say our event this year was by far our largest success, largely due to Party on the Moon's performance being way way “over the top”! Fabulous just doesn’t cut it...their energy level, interaction with the crowd and dancing, singing, acting …what a complete package. The next day your band, and our event, was the talk of the town. I have had at least 40 people come up to me after the event and tell me to make sure we book the band again for 2018, so please pencil in the date.

  • The band was fantastic! They had that crowd dancing all night long and the talent level on that stage was incredible. ‘Best band ever’ was a frequently heard comment. Not just the singing, but the dancing and the personalities of the members was just phenomenal. We had a professional drummer in the audience and he said they were better than many he works with. He also said when he gets married he wants Party on the Moon even if it means he can’t afford anything else. I call that high praise!
