Year in Review: 2025
As we head into 2026, we are looking back on 2025 and recognizing what a year of global music and connected communities it was! We’d like to share key moments that filled us (and our partners and audiences) with joy and made us feel inspired as creators of unique, custom entertainment.
Since our founding three years ago, with a mission to inspire communities and connect people with highest-quality entertainment, we’ve performed hundreds of shows in front of thousands of people, all of whom were celebrating special moments in life. Along the way, we forged new relationships and expanded our portfolio of elite talent, continuing to engage deeply with local artists and young entertainers.
In January, we debuted a mega music supershow Moon and the Stars™ to a crowd of thousands in New Orleans, in a performance that featured more than 35 musicians and dancers in a 1.5, non-stop party celebration. The show included a roster of talented musicians plus a DJ, extended horn and percussion, Samba dancers, and 8 striking vocalists in a 90-minute spectacular.
A few months later, we helped produce a day of world musical entertainment for a street festival in a Korean section of Atlanta. Dennis Smith Entertainment has long had a mission of engaging with local artistic communities, and this event was a perfect example. Local mariachi, flamenco and samba dancers performed to an enthralled crowd before our premium party bands, Party on the Moon® and Jessie’s Girls®, ended the show with a bang! The event was a huge success that brought hundreds together to enjoy community, good food and a unique variety of artists.
Party on the Moon® and Jessie’s Girls® continued their successful track records in 2025 sharing their talents in dozens of cities across the country. Party on the Moon® performed with celebrities and stars, including Sammy Hagar and also played again for many repeat clients while wowing new crowds at festivals like SpringFest in South Carolina or the Norcross, GA Independence Day celebration near Atlanta. Jessie’s Girls®, now firmly established as one of the best wedding bands in the country, also entertained thousands at corporate events and showcases throughout the country.
In September, we debuted the most recent addition to our musical portfolio, Royal Experience (“Royal X”). Royal X brought their fresh form of musical energy to more than 10,000 nurses at the Georgia World Congress Center — lots of applause and aisle dancing!
Custom music is an important new offer here at Dennis Smith Entertainment. Our musicians are creating a selection of celebration and dance tunes that can be customized for corporate or non-profit brand and event uses. We wrapped the year by releasing a holiday song and music video — sure to become a classic — called “Head Elf,” featuring Party on the Moon frontman Jeff Thimas.
Thank you to our friends, colleagues, and clients for making 2025 special and enjoyable for all of us. We have many big plans for 2026 and announcements coming soon. Stay tuned for more!
